overview
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) at Moira Lakes is a relaxed and enjoyable way to get out on the water, whether it’s your first time on a board or you’ve paddled before. Our calm freshwater lake makes it an ideal setting for beginners, families, and groups.
Sessions are supervised by our RLSS-qualified Open Water Lifeguards, whose primary role is to ensure everyone’s safety. This is not an instructional session, but our team are always happy to offer informal hints and tips if they see someone looking for a bit of help or trying to improve their technique.
The minimum age to paddle independently is 6+. Children under 6 can take part by sharing a board with a parent or guardian.
With multiple activities available on site, SUP can easily be part of a full day out at Moira Lakes.
